We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders over $50, as well as $4.99 flat-rate shipping for all domestic orders under $50. For international shipments, flat-rate shipping is $7.99 and you can qualify for free shipping over $80. Based on the size of items in your cart and shipping destination, the best shipping method is automatically selected and applied.
International packages may be subject to customs and import duties, taxes, or fees. CLOVE + HALLOW is not responsible for these fees.
*Please note: While Priority shipping methods come with automatic insurance should your package go missing, packages shipped via First Class mail are uninsured and neither CLOVE + HALLOW nor USPS are liable for missing or delayed packages that ship via this method.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
We can’t guarantee shipping or delivery times, however, in-house processing times are, on average, 2 business days (Monday-Friday) for domestic orders and 4 business days for international orders. After processing, orders are scanned into their respective shipping carrier systems and tracking becomes available. Shipping times also vary but are, on average, 2-5 days for domestic orders and 4-10 days for international orders. On occasion, packages may experience delays beyond our control and take up to 20 days in transit after shipping.
Once tracking via shipping carrier has begun, CLOVE + HALLOW is no longer liable for lost or damaged packages. If your package did not arrive or has been severely delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. If your packaged shipped via Priority Mail, USPS can offer recovery options. However, as referenced in previous “Shipping” section, USPS First Class mail is not considered recoverable by USPS and lost packages that ship via this method are not the responsibility of USPS nor CLOVE + HALLOW.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Most indie brands do not offer a return or exchange policy at all, but we truly believe in our products and building lifelong relationships with customers is our top priority. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or offer a full refund of your product value within 30 days of purchase date for any full-size item(s) bought from our e-commerce store. However, due to the nature of Free Gifts With Purchase and/or free gift promotions – such as birthday gifts – we cannot offer a refund or exchange on these items. Due to the nature of shipping fees, CLOVE + HALLOW does not offer refunds of shipping fees or cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.

In the event of any perceived abuse of CLOVE + HALLOW’s policies outlined on this page, to be determined at the sole discretion of CLOVE + HALLOW, a return or exchange request may not be honored.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, CLOVE + HALLOW will not accept cancelations. If you wish to modify an order after it shipped, you must place two separate transactions: a return/exchange of any parts of the original order you wish to change and a new order to be shipped.
